  3. Registration for PCBFV is $12.00.  Registration entitles you to  voice
  4. support  and stops  "PCBFV [ UNREGISTERED COPY ]" from being displayed
  5. after each PCBFV session. You may register PCBFV by check, money order
  6. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

  26. In  order  for you to receive a unique registration number,  you  must 
  27. provide the name of your system EXACTLY as it is entered in  PCBSETUP, 
  28. section  G  (options 2). This appears in line 94 of  your  PCBOARD.DAT 
  29. file. The BEST thing to do is load this form into your text editor and
  30. enter the name of your board exactly as it appears in PCBOARD.DAT.  If
  31. you hand-write it circle all upper ASCII characters. Don't confuse the
  32. double `greater-than' graphic (character 175)  and double  `less-than'
  33. graphic (character 174) with the > or < characters. Characters 174 and
  34. 175 are very common in PCBoard names. Enter your system's name:
